Dear You,

You know yourself. You've done the work. Some seasons it all flowed beautifully and some seasons have been incredibly hard. You’ve meditated, journaled, softened, breathed and have come back to your centre more times than you can count. You know how to be with yourself. You’ve built solid roots beneath your feet, you continue to cultivate a gentle self-awareness and you know how to resource yourself in deep, meaningful ways so that you feel fully satiated. 

But lately, that inner connection feels harder to access. 

Not because you’ve lost touch or for lack of trying, but because life is beautifully full. 

Because you’re showing up, holding space, pouring out, for your family or maybe it's your business and your community, or your big important dreams, or all of it. And somewhere in the fullness of it all, there’s less time to just be in your own energy. To listen to what’s stirring underneath the surface. To feel your feelings all the way through and let them move, so the clarity can rise on the other side.

You’re not disconnected, you’re just stretched.

And what you’re craving now isn’t more knowledge, more tools or something more to do, what you’re craving is intentional space. To just be you. To feel it all. To ground. To reorient. To pause. And to remember what’s most important to you. 

The kind of space that gently anchors you back into your own natural rhythm that adds more flow, clarity and presence to your days. The kind that reminds you what it feels like to be held, not just by others, but by your own presence, your own attention and your own knowing.

And beauty, I’m so excited to share that I’ve created that space for you, for me, for us.

Welcome to Tides of You.

The First Wave runs from July 2025 through to February 2026 [8 Months]

The monthly gathering is our main anchor in Tides of You. A gentle space to dive into each month, where you arrive fully as you are, where there’s no prep work and there’s no pretending. We move gently, through intentional breath, guided meditation, flow writing prompts, and nourishing conversation with one another. It’s a space for self-responsible exploration, to tend to your heart and reground your feet as you gently shift your gaze back to what’s most important to you.

These gatherings are not an extra on your to do list, but your monthly anchor. A pause from the fullness and richness of your life, so you can pour back into your own cup.

Recordings will be uploaded to our online home within 24 hours of the live gathering.

Held by an experienced coach, mentor and space holder of over ten years, this isn’t surface-level support. It’s nourishment for your whole inner world. A rhythm that ripples out into your everyday. A space that helps you tend to your own tides, over and over again.

A slow paced community and online home to stay connected throughout our time together, so we can build reciprocal relationships with one another and feel held and supported by a nourishing village of women. You won’t find me posting in here all the time and I don’t expect you to be either. This is a space for deep, intentional connection and conversations, when they’re feeling most ripe and alive. This is the standard. I like to envision this as a space away from social media, a feed of intentional life musings, a showcase of shared interests and a soft and safe space to land with your big feelings, your intentional questions and a sense of belonging.

There will be monthly threads to respond to, if it feels right and true for you. The Village and the red thread of connection through the women in TOY is a priority, but there is never any pressure or urgency to be showing up inside our slow paced community, only when it feels nourishing and grounding for you.

This is where your deepest questions receive intentional and grounded coaching. Each month, you are able to submit a coaching question along with the context of your world, whether it’s about the theme of our month here in Tides of You and what it’s brought forward for you, or it may be something in life, motherhood, business, or whatever is feeling alive and true for you - it’s your space to ask me anything.

Once a month I will record thoughtful, in-depth audio coaching tailored to what you need right now and in response to your question. These recordings will live in our online home, where you can listen anytime and also hear reflections from others’ questions that might resonate. This removes the pressure of an extra live call while keeping the coaching deep and accessible for all women in TOY.

A journal for each season overflowing with gentle invitations to surrender to mother natures energy while you tend to your own tides. Inside you’ll find nourishing ideas, grounded practices and reflective flow writing prompts to help you shape your days and weeks in rhythm with the season. From going to bed an hour earlier in winter, to planting seeds in spring, to immersing yourself in nature during summer, these journals invite you to move out of autopilot and instead bring deep intention to how you move through your days depending on our seasonal and biological needs. You’ll also find links to podcast episodes, discount codes for seasonal support tools and journaling prompts to meet yourself where you are. Each journal is designed to help you nourish your whole inner world and bring more presence, clarity, and flow into your daily rhythm.

Inside our online home, you’ll find a growing library of nourishing rituals and practices to weave into your everyday life. These are simple, supportive tools I’ve used and shared with clients for over a decade, from 5‑minute meditations and breathing practices, journaling and flow writing prompts, to body‑based rituals like dry brushing and moisturising to ground your energy, all with the intention in mind of tending to your own tides. Some align with the themes and tides of each month, others with the shifts of Mother Nature’s seasons. You’ll also find practices to meet your own life seasons, whether you’re in the thick of mothering, tending to your business, moving through pregnancy or postpartum, or simply craving more presence in your day. These rituals are here to meet you where you are and help you root more deeply into your own rhythm. Quiet anchors. Everyday nourishment. Small things that shift everything.

Tides of You?

The Tides of You are the natural rhythms that live inside of you and shape your inner world.

They’re your big feelings and emotions, your hormones rising and falling throughout the month, your intuition, all constantly shifting, like the ocean’s tide. They’re your inherited energetic and emotional patterns, the capacity of your nervous system and the unique way your body and mind respond to life.

They’re the way you experience your four inner seasons in your cycle, mother nature’s seasons and the bigness of the different seasons we move through in life.

The work here in Tides of You is an invitation to soften into these natural rhythms, to deepen your connection to self, to nourish your whole inner world, so that you can stop resisting the ebb and flow of your tides and instead listen, support and trust your own unique timing, rhythm and energy.

When you tend to your tides, your create more steadiness, more spaciousness and a deeper connection to what’s most important to you. As you reconnect inward, the way you move through your outer world begins to soften and expand too.

Why I Created
Tides of you…

And now, my little darling sunshine boy doesn’t nap anymore. And I’m in this new chapter of trying to find a rhythm again. These days I usually try to carve out space in the evenings, but honestly, by that time of night, I’m exhausted. I want to wind down, not open up.

And I know I’m not alone in this.

That’s why I created Tides of You.

Because I’m walking this path too. I feel the same tension. I feel the same ache to find space for myself inside the beauty and chaos of a full life.

I also feel how easily we get pulled away from our truth, not just by our to-do lists, but by the constant stream of social media, the curation, the noise. The perfectly styled homes and outfits. The perfectly timed routines. The messages about what we should care about, what we should look like, what we should be focused on.

Over time, that noise starts to shape us in subtle but powerful ways. It pulls us away from what actually matters to us.

Tides of You is here to gently disrupt that.

It’s a longer-term space. A monthly rhythm. A soft anchor point to come back to again and again, not just for inspiration, but for integration.
A space to slow down, check in, and remember what’s true for you.

Each month, you get time to land. To drop into your body. To breathe. To write. To clear space inside your own mind and heart. To stop drifting with the current of everyone else’s life and reconnect with the quieter wisdom within your own.

I’ve been prioritising connection with myself for over ten years now. Moving my body, journaling, meditating, taking time to reflect and listen inward, it’s always been a big part of my strong foundations.

But everything shifted when I became a mama three years ago.

Suddenly, the space I used to have to tend to my inner world felt limited. I won’t say it disappeared, it just changed shape. My life became fuller, more beautiful and more demanding all at once. And that time to check in with myself didn’t just feel important anymore, it felt essential.

There was this constant push-pull:
I had less uninterrupted time, but a greater need for it.

So I started using my son’s naps as sacred windows, to slow down, to meditate, to tune inwards. Some days I would just write one sentence. Other days I’d put pen to paper and realise I had been writing for 30 minutes. Not every nap, of course, but many of them. I clung to those little pockets of quiet to process the humanness that what was stirring in me.

Your Questions, Answered

  • The monthly gatherings will be held monthly on a Wednesday, from 12pm NZST/NZDT and will run for up to 2 hours. We have listed the monthly dates below, but may be subject to change.

  • The monthly grounded coaching is conducted through a private form submission, where you will provide one coaching question on something specific to you, your world, your business or whatever it is you are seeking support around. You will also be prompted to provide any context to this question.
    Bridget will then be answering these coaching questions via audio coaching and recordings that will be uploaded into our online home.
    This means you receive high level coaching each month, without an extra call and you’re also able to listen in to any other audio coaching that resonates with you.

  • The replay of the monthly gathering will be uploaded into our online home within 24 hours. I highly recommend scheduling the replay into your calendar for the same week it is held live, if possible and asking for the support of the people around you to ensure you have that uninterrupted time for yourself.

    Quite a few women enrolled know they cannot make the live call time but also know how perfectly aligned this is for their season of life and they're committed to Sunday mornings as their time to catch the replay and tend to their own tides.

  • Tides of You is designed to be a rhythm, not a rush. The eight-month arc gives you time to settle in, be supported through multiple seasons, and allow your reflections and intentions to ripple through your life slowly and meaningfully. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s an invitation to come back to yourself again and again, so the shifts actually last.

  • Tides of You is a closed container. No you cannot cancel at anytime. When you join, you’re committing to the full eight-month experience. This is intentional to help create safety, depth, and consistency, and to honour the process of a monthly hythm. Life is always shifting, but the structure of this space is here to support your return, month after month.

  • Then this space is for you. You don’t need to be in a quiet, reflective season to join, Tides of You is here to create that space within the busyness. Even if all you do is show up once a month and breathe, write, listen, that is enough to tend to your own tides.

  • Not directly, but the grounded coaching submissions and our group space allow for personalised support each month. Many women are surprised by how deeply seen they feel through this format and how their own breakthroughs often happen while listening to the audio coaching from someone else being coached.

  • There’s no such thing as falling behind here. Tides of You isn’t built on pressure or performance, it’s built on rhythm. Some months you may be fully present. Other months, you may just press play on the replay while folding laundry. This space will meet you where you are. Always.

  • Tides of You isn’t content-heavy. It’s not about consuming more.

    It’s about integrating, reflecting, and tending to your inner world in a steady, simple way. Many women my spaces beautifully complement their other learning or coaching by offering a slower, softer place to land.

  • You can do this on your own. But Tides of You offers structure, support, and community. It’s so much easier to show up for yourself when you know you’re being held. The rhythm, the monthly gathering, and the slow paced community are what turn intention into reality.

  • Yes. While parts of my story are shaped by motherhood, this space isn’t just for mamas. It’s for women who are navigating full lives, who crave more presence, and who long to stay connected to what really matter whatever season they’re in.

  • Once your first payment has been processed and your space in Tides of You has been confirmed, you will be sent your official and warm welcome to Tides of You, along with important details to begin to anchor into your experience here.

  • On Wednesday the 9th of July you will be sent another email [or two] inviting you to join our slow paced community and online home. This is our official start date, where our community space will open, you’ll be invited to introduce yourself, to get cosy and start making yourself at home.

  • We will gather together for our first monthly gathering, with the theme of Anchoring [Into the Tides of You]. This is where we will come together for the first time, settle in, plant our two feet into this experience and take our first monthly pause. This is on Wednesday the 16th July at 12pm NZST. The replay will be uploaded within 24 hours.
